If you connected your C by GE Plug to the C by GE app and then linked your account to the Google Home app, here are some common solutions:
If this is your first time setting up C by GE with Google Home:
- Confirm your C by GE Plug is set up in the C by GE app.
- Confirm you are using the correct C by GE login credentials by logging out of the C by GE app, then log back in. Go back to the Google Home app and try setting up your devices again.
If you have previously set up C by GE devices with Google and are adding more:
- Confirm your C by GE Plug is set up in the C by GE app.
- Give a voice prompt to your Google Voice Assistant by saying, “Hey Google, sync my devices.” Now check the Google Home app and see if your new C by GE devices are listed at the bottom of the Google Home app home screen.
