If your C by GE Bluetooth or Direct Connect light bulbs or light strip disconnected from the C by GE app, or they're displaying as "Unable to Connect," here are some common solutions:
- Confirm your lights are powered on
- Turn mobile phone Bluetooth on
- Move your mobile phone close to the smart light
- Tap “Refresh” in the top left corner of the C by GE app
- Force Close the C by GE app and then reopen the app
- Log out of the C by GE app and then log back in
- Turn the lights off at the switch or outlet, wait 30 seconds, then turn them back on
- If the above steps did not work, you may need to factory reset your lights
