Wake up the devices and navigate to the Firmware Update page in the app to view and complete any available firmware updates for the devices. A firmware update is also performed (if needed) when the device is first set up in the C by GE app.
You can use the C by GE mobile app to delete the device from your account, which will factory reset it if you follow the instructions correctly. If you do not have access to the device in the app, you can also reset the devices using the pinhole reset button on each device.
